Once you've verified your email address, we approve your account and you will be good to go.  Remember to check your spam/junk mail if you can't find it in your in-box.

Booking a bike*...

The Heights Bikes are available to hire up to 12 hours in advance for a maximum duration of 90 minutes and are available to book between 07.00-19.30 (1st April - 30th Sept) and 07.00-18.00 (1st Oct - 31st March) 7 days a week.  *You will require a smart phone to gain access to the bikes.

Hubs A, B & C are situated at The Heights Business Park plus a secure Hub at Weybridge Station. 

Once you have registered and your account has been approved click Here to login and book your bike. 

Note - Your allocated bike is fitted with a digital lock.  The bike number along with the digital unlock/lock button will be sent to you 15 minutes before your hire session begins.  

Bike numbers are located on the front of the saddle post.

To unlock/lock the bike please stand next to it, login into your account and press the Green Unlock Button, press the Red Lock Button to lock the bike and end your session.

Once you've finished your ride

1. Return your bike to the pre-agreed docking hub! This allows the bike to be available for others to use after you!
2. Lock the bike by pressing the Red Lock Button via your account leaving it resting on it's kick stand attached to the bike.
3. Check lock has engaged.
4. If you’re at Weybridge Station, ensure that you close the door of the shelter behind you and push it to check that it has engaged.

 

Need to make a stop mid trip?

No problem, just lock the bike by pressing the Red Lock Button via your account  

When you return, press the Green Unlock Button to release the lock via your your account

 

Lock not operating?

The locks are designed to go into sleep mode to save power, just give the bike a shake and the lock will spring back to life. 

 

The bike I booked isn’t there or has a fault.

No problem, we will always endeavour to have another bike available for you to use, so you’ll hopefully never be stranded. 

1. Simply Login to your account and click on the "Faulty Bike" button and provide us with the details of the fault or the fact that the bike is missing. 

2. If you had attempted to use the bike, make sure you re secure by pressing the Red Lock Button via your account

3. We will endeavour to issue you with an alternative bike immediately providing a bike is available.
