Walking and being outdoors is fun, free and really good for you, both physically and mentally. It’s the perfect way for us to add some exercise into our daily commute/routine and to help set us up for the day ahead, or to decompress after a hectic day in the office.

Highlighting the benefits on health and well-being by walking can be enough to begin a shift from car-commuting. It is also important to realise that many people may not know the way to walk to work, which is often much more direct than the alternative vehicle route.
